Annual Business Retreat
A three-day executive members only "retreat" designed to bring members together for educational sessions on running the business, as well as an opportunity to meet in facilitated networking sessions to exchange ideas and solutions in small group sessions.
C-Level Forums
At three times annually in full-day sessions, ISA "C-Level" members convene to "dig deep" on self-selected issues. Led by experienced CEO group facilitators, small groups explore insights and potential solutions/options about their individual issues.

Annual Financial Benchmark Study
ISA is the only place where you can obtain comparative data about business performance in the training and performance industry. ISA's Annual Financial Benchmark Study is conducted by Industry Insights, an independent research firm. Member firms must participate in the study to receive the results. Additionally, the findings of this study are discussed during the Annual Business Retreat at a 'participant only' session.
Benchmarking Surveys
ISA helps members keep track of the industry pulse through informal polling/surveys and changing critical insights. In addition, a formal research study will be commissioned on a specific topic of interest to membership.
