ISA AntiTrust Guidelines

Antitrust laws are intended to preserve competition by, among other things, prohibiting agreements, combinations and conspiracies in restraint of trade.  As group of competitors working together, trade associations are subject to particular antitrust scrutiny.  ISA has a policy of strict compliance with federal and state antitrust laws. ISA members should avoid discussing certain subjects when they are together - both at formal ISA meetings and in informal contacts with other industry members - and should otherwise adhere strictly to the guidelines.  To access ISA's AntiTrust Guidelines, click here.
