Inscape is pleased to announce that Inscape Publishing, Inc. has been acquired by Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in promising, middle-market companies. The transaction closed on August 20, 2007.
Sentinel Capital Partners specializes in buying and building middle-market companies in partnership with management. They were attracted to Inscape because of Inscape's growth prospects and its talented and dedicated employees.
Since 2000, Inscape had been owned by The Riverside Company, another private equity firm.
The change in ownership does not affect Inscape distributors, products, employees, location, or daily business operations. The Inscape management team will continue to lead the business, and Inscape distributors can expect to have continued access to high-quality products, programs and services that support their businesses, along with continued innovation in products, platforms, and services."
